Once you’ve booked an appointment, PlunketLine will send you a link (and instructions) for how to download Zoom, the secure and reliable video chat app used. The consultation is carried out in a private environment, and you’re more than welcome to have a support person with you. Appointments are available during the day and in the evening, and on weekends.
